Cancellation Policy
Please have your credit card ready when scheduling, as it will be required to secure your reservation. Jeffrey Lyle Salon reserves the right to charge 50% of services changed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation and 100% of services that are missed. To avoid being charged for cancelled or missed appointments, please call 24 hours prior to your reservation.

Children Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, children under 12 are not permitted in the salon.

Day of Service
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. If you are late for your appointment we will do everything we can to accomodate you. Please note if you are 15 minutes late we reserve the right to have you reschedule your appointment.

Re-do Services
If for any reason you are unhappy with your services, we do offer re-do appointments at no cost. Clients may call to schedule a re-do within 48 hours of the original appointment. Re-do services must be booked within a week of this call.

Exchanges and Returns
We stand behind the product line that we carry. If for some reason you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon, they may be exchanged for another product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds. All brushes and styling tools are final sale.
